For Version 2 of my poster for The Third Man, I went with something bold and simple. I love the shot of Harry Lime's silhouette in the sewer as he is caught with the bright light in the background, but I wanted to stylize it, so I used perfect circles to depict the tunnel and utilized a gradient effect with thick, solid lines of color from the light center to the black background. I like how it creates a sort of bull's eye effect, adding to the symbolism. This version of the poster is for true fans of the film and may be my favorite due to the minimalist style.
