Description
"King" was a commission piece, which I did initially in monochrome grey tones for the client so that his personal piece would be one-of-a-kind for him. Then, to really trick out this lion Mod Pop Art-style, I wanted to see him in various shades, so I did a few other tones as well, my favorite being blue. The client loves his piece and I really like how this turned out as well. I would love to do more animal pop art, and I encourage any animal lovers out there to send me an email if you want the full Plaid treatment for your pet or favorite animal!
