My mixed-media approach combines meticulously hand-painted digital artwork with graphic design techniques. (Note: the word "digital" is not to be confused with "AI," which is defined by fake computer-generated images spat out by programs fueled by the stolen work of 1000s of artists.) In my work, every single brush stroke, line, and shape is created organically by my hand, exactly as I do with my physical drawings and paintings, the only difference being that I use a stylus pen on a glass screen. The benefits of working digitally are many, including the ability to quickly view (and change) different color combinations, work in layers, and create multiple variants and sizes. Oh, and it saves a hell of a lot of space in my studio!
THE LIMITED EDITION GICLÉE: Finely crafted using a professional archival process, the Plaid Design giclée is a limited edition signed/numbered museum-quality fine art print that will last 100 years or more if properly cared for. All artwork is printed to individual order — no mass-printing — so please allow 2-3 days (paper) or 2-3 weeks (canvas) for this process to complete before your art is shipped. Product images accurately depict the artwork. Frames not included; sample wall images not necessarily to scale.

WHAT IS A GICLÉE?
The word "giclée" (zhee•clay) is a fancy-sounding French word that simply means "to spray" or "to squirt" (much like an inkjet printer does). In the art world, this refers specifically to art prints made with only the finest archival pigment inks, papers, and canvases. This ensures an extraordinary level of detail, accuracy, and color reproduction, and the term "archival" refers to this exceptional quality and significant longevity of well over 100 years, which is far superior to that of a "standard" art print (hence the price difference).

Giclées are printed on acid-free archival matte paper or canvas.
Exclusive limited edition run in each size and variant (usually no more than 100). Once they are gone, they are gone forever.
Each giclée is physically signed and numbered by the artist.
All artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity, signed, dated, and numbered by the artist.
