This is the Electrical X-Ray variant of "Sailor & Lula," which adds my trademark vintage-style starburst stars for a nice dreamy effect that I feel goes along with the psychedelic trip of a film that is David Lynch's Wild at Heart. After all, the whole world's "wild at heart and weird on top."
