Geeks - er, people - are constantly squabbling about fantasy and science fiction ... the book vs. the movie ... the original vs. the reboot ... Star Wars vs. Star Trek (some of us like the both, by the way). But the fact that Back to the Future is pure movie magic bliss is something pretty much everyone agrees on. As left-of-mainstream as I usually am, count me in with the masses on this one. Thus, I've put a TON of time (you have no idea, y'all) into creating my biggest Mod Pop Art collection yet, all in honor of Robert Zemeckis, Bob Gale, Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, Lea Thompson, and everyone involved in this beloved modern classic of cinema. It should also be noted that at a whopping 28x50", this is my largest piece to date. "1.21 Gigawatts" is my attempt at a sort of grand collage-like centerpiece for my tribute, created out of sheer appreciation and adoration.
